Do I need to move items outside first?
Nope. We'll take items from wherever they are — basement, attic, upstairs bedroom, backyard. That's what we're here for.
What items can't you take?
We can't accept hazardous materials like chemicals, asbestos, oil, wet paint, or medical waste. Items soiled with excrement may be declined or carry a $150 minimum surcharge. See our full Fees & Policies.
How is pricing determined?
Price is based on how much of our pickup bed your items fill. Labor, loading, and disposal are all included in the quote. A $25 long-carry fee applies when we need to use stairs or an elevator.
What if my junk won't fit in one truck?
No problem — we'll make as many runs as it takes. We'll quote the whole job upfront so you know the total before we start.
Do I need to be home?
Not always. For curbside or outdoor pickups, we can handle it while you're away and send photos when done.
What forms of payment do you accept?
All major credit cards, debit, cash, and digital payments. Payment is due when the job is complete.
